Royal Óbidos
The golf course of the Royal Óbidos Spa & Golf Resort has received its own “real” treatment from world golfing legend Severiano Ballesteros. Applying his art to golf course design, the renowned golfer has created a truly exceptional course here, which lives up to the resort’s high quality standards. Designed to subtly integrate with the natural environment, taking advantage of the undulating terrain, this 6,400-foot course attracts golfers of all abilities.

Westcliffs

Praia D’el Rey
Praia D’El Rey is perhaps one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe. Set amongst vast pine forests and undulating dunes, with spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Berlengas Islands beyond.
The 18-hole course was designed by renowned American golf architect Cabell B.Robinson and was inaugurated on June 14, 1997. Deep bunkers, undulating greens and sand dunes contrast sharply with the lush fairways and make it the complete golfing challenge.

Bom Sucesso
The Guardian Bom Sucesso Golf, designed by Donald Steel, one of the world’s prestigious golf architects, is located in the exceptional beauty of Óbidos, an hour from Lisbon. The 18-hole championship golf course stretches along the rugged slope of BOM SUCESSO RESORT, offering breathtaking views of the Óbidos lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean.
Covering over 60 hectares, the course is surrounded by a beautiful landscape with Mediterranean vegetation, exotic species, and centuries-old olive trees, creating a unique setting. Donald Steel, born on August 23, 1937, in Hillingdon – London, is renowned for his influential projects. He was responsible for designing the Guardian Bom Sucesso Golf Course and made significant changes to the Eden Golf Course in St Andrews.
